Place your order with us online or if you prefer mail or fax a copy to us. We will also be happy to take your order over the telephone.

Messenger Pick-Up and Delivery

We have messengers at your disposal. Contact us and we will arrange to pick up your package and get it where it needs to go - to us -- or elsewhere. Signed receipts for packages are always provided.

Our Priority Rush Service is always available for "time sensitive" matters.

Direct Billing to Carrier

Remove the added chore of forwarding our invoice to your carrier. MLR will send you the documents you requested and forward the invoice directly to your carrier. Simply fill in the billing information on the request form and it will be done automatically.

Bulk Billing

In addition to savings through direct billing, "bulk" or monthly billing is available wherein our invoice is issued to the claims department at the end of the month. This allows payment with one check or draft.

Comprehensive File Reports

We can provice you, on a regular basis, with a complete list of your outstanding orders with a status summary for each item. Contact us for more information.

Custom Pre-printed Forms

Pre-printed, custom-addressed order forms can be provided for your staff to complete manually.
